Halina Cholewka – w 1971 roku ukończyła Państwowe Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych w Lublinie, a następnie studia na Wydziale Sztuk Pięknych Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu. Dyplom z grafiki artystycznej w pracowni prof. Edmunda Piotrowicza uzyskała w 1976r. Prezentuje prace z dziedziny grafiki i rysunku na indywidualnych i zbiorowych wystawach. W latach 1986-2014 była wykładowcą Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczo-Humanistycznego w Siedlcach. Za pracę dydaktyczną i organizacyjną na uczelni została odznaczona Medalem Komisji Edukacji Narodowej. W latach 2008-2011 brała udział w projekcie współfinansowanym przez Unię Europejską w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego, jako trener i ekspert przy realizacji form szkoleniowych i doradczych. Jest członkiem Związku Polskich Artystów Plastyków.
